By accessing and using the VitalCraft server, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not agree with these terms, you should immediately stop using our services.

1. General Terms You must be at least 13 years old to use the VitalCraft services. By accessing or using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the server or its services at our discretion, including but not limited to server access, features, and content.

2. Minecraft and Mojang Disclaimer VitalCraft is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. We are an independent Minecraft server, and while we provide a Minecraft-based experience, we are not owned, operated, or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft in any way. Minecraft, the game, and all related content are the property of Mojang and Microsoft.

3. Acceptable Use Users are expected to use the VitalCraft server in a manner that is respectful and adheres to the rules set by the server. For the detailed rules that apply to each game mode, please refer to the following:

• Global Rules: These apply to all players across the server.

• Survival Rules: These apply specifically to the Survival game mode.

• Skyblock Rules: These apply specifically to the Skyblock game mode.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited across all game modes:

• Harassment: Any form of bullying, insulting, or threatening other players is not allowed.

• Cheating/Exploiting: Using unauthorized software, cheats, or exploiting bugs and game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

• Spamming: Repeatedly sending unsolicited messages or disruptive content in chat.

• Griefing: Destroying, altering, or negatively affecting other players' builds and progress.

• Sharing Personal Information: Do not share personal information (yours or others’) without consent.

4. Penalties for Violations Failure to comply with these Terms of Service or server rules may result in penalties, including but not limited to:

• Temporary or permanent bans from the server

• Temporary or permanent restrictions on certain features (e.g., chat, voting, or commands)

• Removal of in-game items, ranks, or currency

• Other actions deemed necessary by the staff to maintain the integrity and enjoyment of the server

5. Modifications and Termination of Service We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate the server and its associated services at any time, with or without notice. This includes the addition or removal of content, features, and functionality. Users will be notified of significant changes when appropriate, but we are not liable for any disruption caused by such modifications.

6. Privacy and Data Protection By using the VitalCraft services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data but cannot guarantee complete security against unauthorized access.

7. Liability Limitations VitalCraft is provided “as is” without any guarantees of uptime or availability. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disruptions that may occur while using the server or services. We are not responsible for any third-party services, content, or products that may be linked or referenced on our server.

8. Support and Communication For any questions, support requests, or to report issues, you can contact our staff via our designated support channels on Discord or through the server’s communication tools. Our staff will make reasonable efforts to respond in a timely manner.

9. Updates to the Terms of Service We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be reflected at the bottom of the document. By continuing to use our services after changes have been made, you agree to the updated Terms of Service.
